Established by Beta Rho alumnus John Hadgkiss, an Alpha Phi Delta Foundation Director and Scholarship Trustee and gold member of the Omega Society.  John received his Bachelor and Master of Arts Degrees from Gannon University and additional graduate and professional studies from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Duquesne and University of Pittsburg Graduate School of Business.

John is the President and CEO of Americare Managing Partners, LLC, a management consulting company and development firm specializing in health care and residential facilities.  He is alos President and Chairman of the Board of Alpha Housing & Health Care, Inc., a 501 (c)(3) corporation with IRS group recognition for health care tax-exempt financing and the issuance of tax-exempt bonds. His companies own and develop independent elderly housing, skilled care homes, assisted living facilities and professional office space throughout the NorthEast United States operating from 13 owned properties.

John is married to Dr. Lee Ann Peluso, MD, Bariatrics Surgeon at St. Margaret Hospital in Fox Chapel, PA.  They have two daughters: Stephanie and Lauren.
