Endowed by Chris Mancusi, the 52nd President of Alpha Phi Delta, for his family both in the United States and in Italy. Most of Mancusi's Italian side reside in Ischia, a small island off of Naples near Capri. He credits a 2008 family vacation to Italy for opening his eyes to the beauty of Italy.

He was a 3x scholarship recipient winning two awards as an undergraduate and one as a graduate student. 

Mancusi was inducted in 2002 as a member of a five man pledge class that reactivated a dormant Gamma Sigma at St. John's in Staten Island. chapter. Weeks after graduating SJU, Mancusi was elected to his first of six terms as NYC District Governor. He did double duty for a 3.5 year period while serving as NYC District Governor and VP for Expansion while awakening what had been a stagnant expansion program creating an expansion boom. In 2011, he was elected to his first of three terms as National Vice-President and ultimately was elected National President and served from 2014-2016. During his presidency, eight chapters were reactivated or chartered. Following his presidency, he got right back into the thick of fraternity activity serving as as a District Governor for (NYC South - 1 year, Long Island - 1 year, Upstate NY - 3 years & counting)

Professionally, he is a middle school history teacher and dean. He coaches cross country/track & field at his old high school, St Joseph by-the-Sea. In addition, he and a few fratenity brothers and family own thoroughbred racehorses.
